Commander Darion McCullough (Retired) is the Founder and CEO of 2C2L Consulting, LLC which specializes in providing tailored IT solutions offering expertise in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Data Solutions and Integrated Systems.

Prior to founding 2C2L, Darion served in the United States Navy as a Medical Service Corps Officer for over 38 years in various Health IT leadership positions. His service portfolio includes, Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO), Navy Medicine; Senior IT Advisor to the Assistant Director for Health Care Administration, Defense Health Agency (DHA); Cybersecurity Chief Operating Officer, DHA; Executive Assistant to the Military Health System’s CIO; and various CIO positions both operational and at Military Treatment Facilities around the world.  

Prior to his commissioning, Darion served as a Dental Technician at various afloat, ashore and Fleet Marine Force assignments.

Claudia McCullough is the Chief Strategy Officer for 2C2L Consulting, LLC.  Renowned for her visionary leadership and strategic acumen, Claudia is instrumental in shaping the company’s growth through insightful planning and innovative initiatives.  

 

Prior to 2C2L, Claudia served as a Program Manager in the Federal Government sector for over 34 years leading cross-functional teams and implementing innovative solutions. Skilled in project planning, execution, and evaluation, Claudia excels in optimizing workflows and enhancing organizational efficiency.  Claudia is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives effectively.
